Morning Glory

Options
1 Whole Grain English Muffin, Toasted
1 T Soft Cheese (personally I like goat cheese)
½ tsp Fresh Dill, chopped
1 Slice Tomato
½ Hard Boiled Egg, Sliced
2 Slices Cucumber
Salt & Pepper

Spread soft cheese on muffin. Add tomato, cucumber, hard-boiled egg, dill, then salt & pepper.

I prefer to eat this as a snack after I've worked my butt off at the gym -OR- as a lunch with a small salad on the side. Very refreshing.
