1 C Blueberries (Frozen or Fresh)
1 C Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
1 T Soy Protein Powder
1/2 C Grape Nuts
Large Handful of Ice Cubes
Add ingredients in a blender, mix until smooth.
***I use a VitaMix Blender, if you don't have one I highly recommend buying one. I know they're expensive but would you rather by a blender you can have for years to come or buy a cheap blender that can't break down ice properly and you have to replace once a year???
