4 Ginko, Ginseng, or Ginger Tea Bags
2 Herbal Tea Bags*
2 Quarts Water
1 C Lemon Juice
1 C Honey*
In a medium pitcher, brew all the tea bags and honey in 1 quart of water. Add the lemon juice to a large pitcher. Add remaining water and lemon juice, mix well. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
* Herbal Tea Bags: I would suggest a fruity tea, I love pomegrante or blueberry superfuit. I mainly use brands such as Stash or Yogi.
* Honey: The original recipe I found had 2 C sugar, I know that's a lot of sweetness and calories! If you want, switch the amount of honey to your preference.
