So, I ran across this website when browsing some other apps on my phone and just wanted to chip in a hello. I am a long term project, as I am starting at 282, and my ultimate goal is under 200. My name is Yuri, I am a 38 year old guy. I have been tracking my food intake using a different app up until last week, and started sunday using this site and I find it works really well for me, so switched over. I also started the C25K program, and am repeating the first week since I still struggle with the last 3 run periods, but then again I have been so depressed and apathetic the last few years, I am not surprised.

So howdy! I am down 3 pounds and here's looking at many more.
