Well I've been back at it for 6 weeks , wishing I would have never stopped working out when I got out of the Coast Guard back in '05. I've lost about 7lbs. in the past 6 weeks, and have about 12 more to lose, hoping to be close by my birthday in late August. Then gonna work on bulking back up. Never really had a problem with my weight and never "dieted" , but as you get older things start moving to places they shouldn't be.
