Found this website last week, on the day I resolved to get back into shape. I have enjoyed reading the community posts and blogs. I thought I'd just go ahead and put myself out there as well. I look forward to reading and listening; perhaps I may even be of some help to someone else as well.

    Yes, good luck everyone. It's going to be an interesting road ahead, never impossible rather more doable than anything. You have just got to dig through all those layers that are holding you back and let yourself inspire yourself. Let everyone know it's YOUR time to shine and don't ever ever ever give up.
