I have a massive craving for some banana nut bread, but I want it to be low calorie. Does anyone have a good recipe?? It would be much appreciated! :flowerforyou:

I don't off hand, but if you get the America's Test Kitchen cookbook Best Light Recipes, you will not regret it. SO many great recipes with FLAVOR and cut down on fat and calories. They also tend to not use crazy questionable ingredients.

I'm not much help right now...but good luck.

you should check out fiber ones banana nut muffins
  • I was planning on making this tomorrow, so I can't vouch for the taste, but the calorie stats are impressive for banana bread (it doesn't list nuts, but I was going to grind up some walnuts and add them for flavor; grinding them should help with the calories).
