I've spent years being really unhealthy and I've damaged my body in a lot of ways. Starting today, I want to try be as healthy as possible. I want to start rock-climbing, or going to a gym properly, or kick-boxing but before I do all that - I want to be in decent shape. It'd be nice to have a newsfeed full of motivated people losing weight and getting happier to give me a kick up the *kitten* if I ever feel like giving up, would anyone be interested?

COngrats on starting!! I dont' have a whole lot of weight I want to lose, but am just not as active as a 26 year old should be, and before I couldn't live without chicken tenders and diet coke! My goals are to really just get active and be healthier, feel free to add me!0
