Hi,

Just thought I'd say hello. Recently joined a gym and thought I'd try and keep track of how I'm doing. Found it quite amusing to see how much junk i actually eat per day without realising!

This is going to be great. Only second day in and already I am motivated!

  • Welcome to MFP. I had a similar realization myself when I joined up. Never realized how much processed food filled with sodium I was eating. I can always use motivation, and I'd love to help motivate you. Feel free to send me an add request if you'd like. Either way, good luck on your journey!
