Weight Watchers and Walking

Im as serious as can be about my diet. I say DIET becuase my dietary habits have been nothing short of horrific and shameful! I am at my all time high and promised once i was done my Massage Therpay program (which was yesterday:happy: ) That i was gonig to change my eating habits to more organic, healthy, and following a lifestyle change. I refound my old Weight Watchers materials with the Flex Point. I WILL NOT JOIN ONLINE bc right now money is an issue and i want to do this to how it worked for me, so i remember the program when i was on it with my mom and sister, but at the time i was really not taking it serious and still managed to loose 8 pounds, once i stopped following the program i noticed i was gaining weight and failed that progam all together. So here i am giving it another shot and staying serious about it. Along with this diet i will start walking and soaknig up those sun rays also!

So here is my new start in life:

Weight watchers
exercise by walking
Massage Therapy career
planning my wedding for next May!

I can use all the suggestions and support possible. friend me if you will be the bestest motivator bc positivity is Key for me :love: :flowerforyou:
