You know you watch those "amazing" exercise and fitness product informercials! Some of them are actually good products in my opinion (Ab wheel for example) and some that raises eybrows like that darn Shake Weight! What is the craziest/wackiest/stupidest fitness or exercise products you've seen?

I don't remember what it was...but one of my friends and I like to watch infomercials together. It was some sort of blender thing, and the person would put ice in it and be like, "IT MAKES SNOW! I BET YOUR BLENDER DOESN'T MAKE SNOW..."0

I still can't get over the shake weight.
It might even work, but it's just so FUNNY to watch the infomercial, I keep expecting a SNL-type joke to come on :P

You what now??!?!?!....0 -
I don't know what it's called but its the one where you are on your knees and swing back and forth. That just doesn't seem sensible and not good on your knees!0

Nothing beats those silly shake weights commercials and all of the spin-offs that go with it.0

Also the ****ing snuggie. WHAT? WHAT......WHAT?0

Richard Simmons has got to be the most over the top fitness guy there ever was. What a weird man!
Here's a whole article with a bunch of them.

I'll just stick to walking thanks!0 -
I had the Tony Little Gazelle but didn't care for it. My kids used to play with it more than anyone actually tried to use it for exercise. It might have worked had I actually loaded the VIDEO TAPE that came with it. I just couldn't get into it.
As for other gadgets - I have a Jack Lalanne juicer and Magic Bullet and I LOVE THEM!!!! They are two staple appliances I keep on my kitchen counter tops0 -

LOL I thought that was just over here! That advert annoys me so much, why not just use a normal blanket, or an oversized bathrobe??0 -

I see a lot folks with snuggies at football games, with like zebra or tiger designs!
What was that one product that sends electric pulses to muscles to "stimulate" them to grow without exercising. I remember seeing a guys with wires hooked to his abs and it's like he's doing crunches without actually crunching...0 -

Thanks ilsie99 that just made my morning - almost snorted my coffee all over my keyboard :laugh:0 -
