I can RUN again!!!!

I am so excited. I haven't been able to due to a past injury... I just had my last physical therapy appt. today and I am good to run but only half mile and build up!!! I am so pumped!!! I have been doing JIllian 30 day shred and running.. The plyometrics flared it up. I have to watch how much plyometrics I do... She was saying how Jillian's style is crazy because plyometrics are not the greatest for your body. I may have to go back to doing my running and THE FIRM videos less plyometrics.

    That IS exciting. I used to run, but gained 70lbs with having 3 kids. I have since lost 25lbs and I am starting to run again. It feels so good to be able to run several miles without stopping.

    Good Job!!! It does feel good!!! I also like 30 day shred but I am hoping I can do that again!!! I can't wait... Some of my muscle definition has gone down esp in my legs they usually return quickly with running!!!!

    Congratulations! I just started doing the C25K program again after not running for about a year because my knees started giving me problems so I had to quit. I LOVE running! :flowerforyou:
