I don't get peace of mind until I do my workout, is this normal and is it ok to do Aerobics for 3 hours with breaks in between

That is quite a bit, FYI doing this much aerobic work will cause you to burn muscle, not just fat. Another question for you, are you eating your exercise calories back? If not then you are doing way too much. If you do more exercise, your body requires additional fuel, or you will eventually do damage.

I eat 1600 calories a day sometimes with just one hour of excercise. What do you mean when you say burn muscle

Is this everyday or just for fun on the weekends? You don't want to hurt yourself, but I think a lot of people (myself included) don't feel right without working out, especially with desk jobs. Carefully not to get too obsessed and that it is still fun and healthy!

I mean if your caloric deficit is too large, and you don't have a ton of excess fat, your body will take muscle to breakdown and use as fuel, instead of the fat, and save the fat for later, as your body may think it is starving. It is important to make sure you Net calories are at a reasonable level for your stats and that you are doing strength training as well, as strength training helps ensure you burn less muscle than you would if you did cardio only.

So say in 3 hours you burn 900 calories, but are only eating 1600, your body will function as if you only at 700 calories (1600-900) and did no exercise, this is nowhere near enough, and after time (multiple days or weeks) can send your body into "starvation mode" (burn muscle instead of fat, hit a plateau, have hair fall out, nails get week, have a lack of energy, etc)

3 hrs. of any exercise seems a bit excessive. Also, how tall are you? Your goal says 95 lbs.. Be sure that you are aiming for a healthy goal. I'm not sure that any adult should weight only 95 lbs.. If this is a safe goal for you, good luck but don't burn yourself out!:)
