Some of my favorites:
"of course it's hard. It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great."
This one helped me not feel silly trying new exercises in the gym: "Never be afraid to try something new. Remember, amateurs built the ark, professionals built the Titanic."
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
They say time changes things, but really, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THEM YOURSELF.
I can do anything for a minute.
Just do it.
