:ohwell: Hello all! I'm new to the site and excited so far about how easy it is to use! I want to lose weight, but more importantly I want to eat healthier, learn portion control, and incorporate exercise into my daily routine. I hope that keeping track of what I eat during the day helps me understand where I need to improve. I congratulate all the people who have starting making advancements in their goals!
