Just created a master piece! Bought extra lean ground turkey split it in 5 portions but I only used 2 portions to try this out - not the entire pound of ground beef.

In a bowl I mixed about 2 table spoons fresh chopped onion, 1/2 a cup of freshly chopped spinach, 1 freshly chopped garlic clove, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon oat bran, 1/3 cup fat free feta, fresh pepper, 2-3 tablespoons Greek seasoning and the 2 portions of turkey.

Shaped into 2 burgers and grilled.

When done I added a tablespoon of feta to top and covered with a kraft fat free Swiss slice.

Amazing!

I made this tatzaki sauce to dip it in (I do not like condiments on my burgers hahaha)

Again this is only for two portions.

In a food processor or blender, combine 1/2 (8 ounce) fat free greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber peeled, seeded and diced, fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper, 3/4 teaspoon fresh chopped dill and 1 clove fresh chopped garlic. Process until well-combined. Transfer to a separate dish, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour for best flavor.

That sounds really good!! I love greek flavors, so in a burger that would be pretty tasty. Do you know the calories count in it?

I've made something similar before & it was delish. Topped mine with roasted red peppers, which added a lot of flavor too.
