Ok, So I hate to cook. But I have come up with my take-out dilemma. I actually ask for a box with my meal. It is not embarassing or awkward like it sounds and it rocks! I live in NYC so I do have the advantage that all chain restaurants are legally required to put how many calories that are in a dish on the menu, but it really works! After I box up half I eat the other half of the plate and really enjoy it knowing I am within my limits. My fiance thought it was cool as I did it at dinner 3 times this week (once when I ordered take out I separated it at home.) Totally worth it. It was something I always read in magazines and I cannot figure out why I never tried it before, self-concious maybe? No idea, it was stupid to not do though. I
eating out and now I can!

The last time I lost weight (I've done it several times) ~ I lost about 70 or 80 lbs by simply doing that. I only ate half of whatever I would have normally eaten all of. A candy bar or whatever it was....I now have learned to love kids menus (when restaurants allow). It's just the right amount of food.0

Awesome! I'm definitely adding this to my list of things to do!!! I read somewhere that most kids meals are actually what an adult serving should be! It's a shame so many places won't let you order off the kids menu!0
