I have been on here awhile, but rarely have i contributed. MFP is changing my life. Sure, I have had the ups and downs, but I have always tracked. I'm up to 170 days now. My goal is to lose 100lbs. I have been using this with my Twitter and Facebook to allow my friends to help hold me accountable. Hopefully you will hear from me more often now. have a Great day! - Gary
