    Thanks! :) Since I have been logging my water, my goal is 9 glasses, due to the fact I drink out of a 24 oz + cup. Some days I am at 12 and pushing more. I have realized how dehydrated my body must have been before I started logging and seeing what I was doing! I think it is really helping AND my cystic acne has decreased so much even with the normal hormonal breakouts!! YAY! I even got my sister who is a diet coke ONLY drinker to drink water, even if it has MIO in it!!
