im down from 230 to 225 and i just cant get past it im supposed to be happy but i want more! i workout hard run hard and deff watch what i eat say under calories. what can i do to change this anyone have a diff workout / cardio i could try. right now i just started doing tabata with cardio and that is kicking my but strength i need to change up i think. ANYONE HELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP MEEEE!

    well you say you r staying under your calories but r you staying above 1200 if not try that stay in between your calories and the 1200 mark and see if that helps
    so go over 1200
    and under you calorie count
