Stumbled across some great looking recipes in the Health section of NYTimes website.

http://topics.nytimes.com/top/news/health/series/recipes_for_health/index.html

I like that I can pick an ingredient that I've been wanting to try but didn't have recipes for (like quinoa and lentils) and get several healthy looking recipes. Most of the recipes even include nutritional info which is a great help for entering in MFP.

http://nutritiondata.self.com/ is a great site for getting calorie counts, and Eatingwell.com is a WONDERFUL resource. Check them out! Thanks for the tip on the NYTimes. :D

Awesome! Thank you for posting! I am always looking for great stuff to try and find that ever time I try to google it I either forget, or get too overwhelmed to try them. Haahah

well phooey. I got a popup saying I could only look at 20 "free" articles. hopefully I'll be able to relook at them from home to print out some of these recipes.

Just FYI that there is a limit to how many you can read for free on the site.
