Hello All my name is Michelle (married midwest mother) of 3 . 2 girls ages 18 and 12 and 1 son age 13. We are in this life style change together. They want to support me and I want them to learn a healthy way of living. Im diabetic and so this is really a must. Look forwad to meeting and getting to chat with others.
