Im doing a princess. Day at day care. The kids want cup cake. Does anyone have some good ideas for it.

    If you want to do the full fat ones google "Hummingbird Cupcake Recipes" oh my are they good.

    What are you looking for? If you are looking for something lower in calories you can use diet soda and packaged cake mix. Some of my favorites are diet root beer and chocolate cake mix. OR Cherry 7up and vanilla or even confetti. Top with light or FF cool whip! They are extremely moist and delicious! And added bonus, lower in calories. Oh, all you do is add 1 can of soda to 1 package of cake mix. Watch for baking as sometimes you need a little longer, but that is it!!! :wink:

    You could make them some zucchini cupcakes and sneak some veggies into them :)
