I have been using MFP since March 13th of this year. This is the best success I"ve had my entire life. It HAS to be a lifestyle change that you can live with, not a "diet". Sooo....

My NSV is: I bought a cute pair of linen pants that roll up to capri's from Old Navy less then 2 months ago. It's a size 16...well, I wore them once after I bought them, and they "fit"...I took them along on vacation, was excited to wear them, and they fell down!!! Okay, that was even better. :)

Now my SV: I FINALLY weigh what is on my drivers license-- 190!!! I weighed that when I got married almost 12 yrs ago, and wouldn't change my weight when I renewed it for YEARS!! Oh and 190 was my goal for Dec 2011....My goal now is 177 for Dec 2011...

I have 3 little boys, ages 4, 2, 1....if I can do this, ANYONE can do this...

Yes, they keep me busy, but you have to MAKE time to exercise, and change your eating habits :) YOU are worth it!!

Congrats! It's hard for Mom's with small kids to find time for themselves -- Kudos for you!
