It probably doesn't help either when people comment on food logs without reading it and say "Great Job"! Eating the minimum is just as important as not over eating... a 1500-2000 calorie deficit isn't a good thing!
LOL.. I know right.. one day i had almost 1000 calories left, and somebody said "awesome job".. I was like.. wtf? na uhhhhh!!! lol

I won't give someone a "good job" if they are seriously under. Within 100 of goal in EITHER direction gets a pat on the back.
RED does not mean FAILURE. Because we have a deficit built into our goal, we have to go at least 500 in the red to MAINTAIN, never mind gain....
I think it should be green within 100 of goal over OR under, yellow within 200, orange within 300, and RED when 400 or more over OR UNDER to show people that too little is BAD!0
