What is this 30 day shred i keep hearing about?

    Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred work out DVD. It has 3 levels and each level consists of warm up 3 minute strength 2 minute cardio and 1 minute abs for 3 circuits and then a cool down. Do Level 1 10 days, Level 2 10 days, and Level 3 10 days. I just started Level 3 and have done it consistently every day. It is a great workout.
