Ok, I am sooo in a rut, foodwise, on the weekends. I need some good ideas. What are you eating today???

Pretty boring, but here goes...
Breakfast: coffee, cereal
Lunch: turkey sandwich
Dinner: steak, baked sweet potato, salad0 -
Breakfast: Light multigrain English muffin with an egg and some 2% cheddar, milk
Lunch: Big salad with red bell pepper, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, 2% cheddar, a tbs of walnuts, natural honey ham, & ranch. YUM!
Dinner: meal after church ... a taco bar. I'm going to eat some taco meat, cheese, 9 tortilla chips (!) salsa, sour cream & veggies. If I get in some hiking first I'll consider dessert because I'll still have about 300 calories to play with!
Snack: ricotta creme with lowfat ricotta & fat free whipped cream... 140 calories of tastiness that lets me sleep all night without waking up hungry!0 -
Breakfast: english muffin with a teaspoon of flaxseed oil
1/4 nutrition (mixed nuts)
3 slices of fresh pineapple
coffee
Lunch: Healthy choice csfe steamer- general tso's spicy chicken
Dinner: lean pocket (not sure of type yet)
Snacks: 1 cup grapes, 1plum and south beach energy pack0 -
breakfast
oatmeal/cottage cheese protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and sugar free jam -- it's a South Beach diet recipe found here: http://health.msn.com/weight-loss/articlepage.aspx?cp-documentid=100185421 on page 2 that someone here on MFP posted 1/2 cup (non-instant) oats, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese and a little cinnamon and sugar free maple syrup for flavour is all I did. They were pretty good! I had a bit of the sugar free jam on top of them and they were delish
lunch
tuna mixed with a little real mayo between toasted weight watcher's 100% whole wheat bread slices, a cup of raw grapes and some raw baby cut peeled carrots
dinner
baked salmon, 1/2 cup wholegrain brown rice, and mixed veggies
dessert
100 calorie cadbury chocolate bar mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
and most likely a Curves granola bar in there when we get back from rollerblading0 -

was suppose to have soup,, made homemade tomato soup.,.. got it burned !!!
so i didnt eat lunch but had an early dinner
dinner (5pm)
pizza, on tortilla, tons of veggies on it and a bit of cheese
(had 2)
snack (9 pm)
vanilla yogurt and a pear+strawberries
other snack (12 pm)
bitesize shreadded wheat
1 cup of soy milk, honey and strawberries0 -

Right now I am going to have lunch. It is going to be a whole wheat pita with hummus, sprouts, sliced cucumbers and low calorie italian dressing. yum0

Lunch: 3 Taco Bell Fresco tacos and a Gatorade G2-Grape flavor
That is it so far... I'm on the west coast0 -
I love seeing what everyone eats!
I am kind of bad today, I woke up really late so didnt even eat breakfast. I drank water this morning, and ran out to do errands before everyone closed.
Lunch: Jack in the Box, chicken fajita pita, and a small fries
Snack: 100 calorie pack: chocolate chunk cookies
For dinner not sure yet, maybe some soup and oyster crackers0 -
Some really good ideas here! I slept right through breakfast. I've only eaten once today.
Lunch: Boca burger (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, 1/2 tbsp. light mayo, and ketchup on a light hamburger bun, 1 serving Ore Ida hashbrowns
Oh wait, I did have a few tortilla chips and a couple tablespoons queso cheese dip. Lots of good ideas for dinner...just too lazy to cook!0 -
