I am so glad to have found this website - it is excellent,and ive even lost weight since joining last friday !!

    I totally agree! I'm brad new to this site (haven't even had my first weigh in yet!), but I think it's gonna be a huge help to get to know some people who are going thru the same thing I am and not focusing on the negative.

    I hope things keep going so great for you!

    thanks a million!! so far so good for me!! its so so hard though!! i find the food diary the real motivator! hope you get what you want from the website too!
