Jamba Juice drinks - good or bad?

So my current weakness is Jamba Juice drinks. I've already curtailed it by not ordering the huge one (first thing I killed when I joined this site). I'll get a regular one occasionally (although I would love one daily!).
My issue is even the small sized one has more sugar than my daily total allowance according to here.
So how bad is that really? Should this just be something I "treat" myself to occasionally (usually after I've had a longer workout), or is it healthy enough to still have a few times a week?

I stopped drinking them years ago due to the high calories and high sugar content.0

I am suffering from the same addiction right now. I only get the fruit only drinks and I try to only have them after a grueling workout. I figure 220 calories isn't that bad when it is all fruit.0

I'd cut them mostly out and make your own smoothies. You won't miss all the dairy base and fruit juice they add. Just frozen berries, a banana (great sweetener.thickener), maybe an apple, and some water or a little milk, and you'll have a much healthier smoothie without the added sugars. And some protein powder if you like.0

When it's 105-110° (like today!) and the thought of hot and heavy food makes me nauseous, Jamba Juice is a good alternative. I prefer the all fruit ones, too.0

I am so thankful that we don't have a jamba juice here in MS...the nearest one I think is in Dallas or Florida. I wouldn't say get rid of them completley though...I mean how many people actually quit smoking cold turkey? just limit yourself on them, and don't get the massive ones. A treat every once in awhile isn't going to kill you.0
