Goals in green

now that I am losing weight I want to have some minigoals. How do I put it in my signature type thing in green! Also how do you make your ticker go on there to?

for the ticker, you go under tools then tickers and it will you allow you to get the code for your ticker and you just copy and paste. that is the only way I know how to do the ticker. I don't know about the goals
