Hello there 
Im a newbie to the forums but have used this program now for easily 5/6 months.
Ive always been a numbers guy and have intentionally tried to test the boundaries of calories in / calories out. The app is great on my phone and i record all my intakes throughout the day so i know what im allowed. For some reason, once my caloric intake gets close to that number that i can have per day, i start to not be as hungry. Its very psychological and helps me refrain from eating more.
Anyhow, so far ive lost 21 pounds. My goal is about 40 more and so far so good.

well done mate! i've only been on this for like five days
but I think i've been feeling a bit slimmer

Ive really really tested this calories in / calories out theory. The past 2 weeks ive recorded EVERYTHING thats went into my mouth and found myself having a doughnut one day, a cheeseburger from Wendys the next, a few beers here and there but ALWAYS kept healthier meals as well. Ive stayed under the calorie limit and down 2 pounds i went last week, 1.5 the week before. I tell anyone i encounter that asks how i did it, i just say cal in / cal out and i refer them to the app on my phone.0
