I, like most ,thought beauty equaled weight. ...problem is, I didnt see that I was becoming who i felt inside, until I found myself staring at a size 18 jeans. Even then, it took to power of positive from my brother who went through this change first, bringing my mother along for the ride. I just woke up a few days ago and realized, I like me, but now I wanna like me smaller and healthier. This is my beginning.
