Need inbetween idea's

I am doing a low calorie diet and I am hungry all the time. I eat almost every 2 hours and drink so much water but feel like its not enough. Anyone have and low calorie idea's?

    How much protein are you getting? Do you get plenty of healthy fats? Both help with controlling hunger and keeping you satisfied. Also, are your grains whole grain with plenty of fiber? If you are eating refined, highly processed grains (white bread, white rice, pretty much white anything, LOL) it is giving you a huge sugar spike, followed by a crash that can make you feel very hungry. I wouldn't try to add anything in between, as every 2 hours should be plenty, just switch up a few of your choices and you should be able to make it to your next snack/meal just fine.

    Eat foods that are high in fiber and be sure to eat enough proteins.

    Sometimes the "small, frequent meals" plan doesn't work - it doesn't for me. I need to eat a real meal so that I feel full. Without that feeling of "full" I am hungry ALL THE TIME.

    Also, be sure you're getting a lot of fiber...
