Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

This is my favorite meatloaf recipe....the salsa adds the zip that the ground turkey needs.:happy:
1 tsp chicken instant bouillon
1/2 cup salsa (your choice of heat)
1 1/2 lbs ground skinless turkey breast
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsps dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1egg white
1 cup salsa
Heat oven to 350F. In small bowl, stir chicken bouillon into 1/2 cup salsa; set aside. In large bowl
combine turkey, oats, onion, basil, garlic powder, pepper and egg white; mix well. Add bouillon mixture; mix well. Spoon mixture into 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes until well browned and firm. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Heat 1 cup salsa and serve with meatloaf. 6 servings
