stuck in a rut

Ok lately i have been haven a hard time getting over 1200 calories i am currently zig zagging and need some ideas to get to 1622 calories does anyone have an idea on what i can eat that is healthy and low in sodium...for breakfast lunch and dinner

    Would also love advice on this! I struggle to reach 1300 without going over in protein!

    It's fine to go over in protein. In fact, it's good.

    Smoothie w/ whey protein powder, fruit, and unsweetened almond milk (breakfast)

    I like to eat Boar's Head low sodium chicken breast lunchmeat in a wrap w/ spinach and disonnaise (sp?) Also good wrapped in romaine.

    Chicken for dinner, either salad or tacos......I like to have frozen fish too (cooked of course : ) always have frozen broccoli in the freezer for a side dish.
