Hey guys I need to tell you all that you are amazing people. I don't know any of you in person but you are all so willing to give advice and help out with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING and that is just AWESOME and I REALLY APPRECIATE IT! Thank you so much for helping me and the many others who are struggling to get healthy. I can't even put it into words how important you all are to someone like me who doesn't have any I can talk with about my struggles or ask what more can I do or should I do or ...........Thank you so much.....stay amazing.....you are helping lots of us!

    That is SO nice! It is a great site with great people who are so supportive and helpful. It really makes a difference in helping to keep on track and provide extra encouragement when we start to lose our mojo.
