Hi all. Again.

I think I've finally figured out my difficulty. It's not that I binge or get cravings. I trip up whenever it gets so busy with work that I'm up through the night. Then I'm too tired to do anything for something like three or four days, by which time I've lost the motivation. I lost it this time for about three weeks. I'm too scared to even weigh myself now. So ignore the little ticker below, because it's not accurate.

Doesn't that suck? :angry:

    :drinker: hey but you're doing the thought processing and getting back up on the wagon isn't always the easiest....good for you for figuring some of it out and hoppin right back up :flowerforyou:

    Just keep logging everything you eat, and all your activities.... it will make a difference!:flowerforyou:
