Playstation Move--Get fit with Mel B

Does anyone use this fitness game for playstation? Have you had any success? How do you track this in your excersise?

I am using this on my cross training days while training for a half marathon. Is 30 minutes enough exercise per day? Should I be doing more?? How many calories would this burn?

    Ive got the kinex the work outs were ok but got old fast for about the same mony u cold do p90x or insanity. as for tracking cals burn you can use a heart rate monitor on any excersise. as for training I feel you got to listin to your body. I do insanity at 6 am lift at 4:30 pm and jog at least every other day at 8 pm and all my work outs are at least 45 min each and as cals burn you need a HRM as i said earlier. good luck with your marathon

    Thanks! So far I am finding it a good variety. Going to try it for 30 days then try The 30 day shred. Try to mix it up a bit which I think is always good for both mind and body!
