I need iPhone help!

I'm on my third iPhone since January! I love it when it works properly but the camera has frozen several times and it doesn't sync well with my computer (which runs XP). I tried to do a restore tonight and got an error message with the icon to plug in the USB port...it already is plugged in!

My laptop runs Vista but I have no idea how to move all my iTunes over...if it can be done at all.

I'M SO FRUSTRATED! I hate you APPLE!

I wish I could help, but I'm a Mac girl myself. You should be able to move your iTunes over though when you sinc it. Sorry I'm not much help. Wish I could help more!
