#1 watch your water intake!... Make sure you get at least 8 glasses (more when you have a vigorous workout). Feel free to add me.

I agree, lots of water really helps! 2nd suggestion, be honest about what you eat. 3rd, be patient. good luck. This site really helps.

My advice to you is to reduce caloric intake and exercise. No magic, just burn more than you are taking in. Drink 8 glasses of water and get enough rest. Just by logging your foods and remaining accountable on this site has worked wonders for me. Also I noticed that you only have one friend on here, you need tons of motivation to ger through weightloss. You may add me if you wish and I have wonderful friends that are so suppotive that you can also add.

I started at 220. My first 20 pounds dropped off super fast just from drinking more water, no more soda, and no more pizza from work.

Exercise is going to be hard and sometimes aggravating when you first start. But remember start small and work your way up. Any amount of moving your body that you didn't do previously will help.

I started on an elliptical because I literally just could not even think about running on a treadmill. Now I run like a champ on the treadmill, still working on running outside though.

Take one day at a time. Eat your calories for the day, incorporate any form of excercize when u can. If u have a bad day, brush yourself off and start anew the following day. You have to live.
