Hi new to this

Hi all I am new to this . I am doing weight watchers but tracking food here too to see what the calories come out to be compared
to the points. I set my own calories though in here . I have 57 more to get off. They wanted my calories here to be 1200.

Hard to get in all you need in a day with those calories I think so I set it at 1450 and do 30 minutes of walking .
Hope to up that when I can. Well thats about it :smile:
