My first NSV!

I had my very first NSV tonight! I have always been intimidated to even set foot in the gym, and tonight I went to a circut training class and I loved it! Everyone was so nice and accepting. I just introduced myself, told them I was a beginner, and jumped right in! Not something I would have done before. I am so going back again! :happy:

    That's awesome! I go to the gym, but just the basics--treadmill, elliptical. I'm a little afraid to try the classes. . . should be a goal of mine too. . .

    Congrats lady. I am happy and proud of you! I love classes! They are way fun and keep me more motivated then if I were to do it on my own. Love it!!! :bigsmile:
