So, ok, I may have fallen off the wagon quite spectacularly the last few days but I WANT to be good.

How can you be good when things like this arrive on your desk....

Yes... I won a competition, I now have enough cheese to feed a small country for a month.

I think I might have to have a cheese toasty party! Cheese scones! Cheese straws! OR I could just give it all away ;-)

    Give it to me, I'm craving cheese so bad. I can't wait for my mac and cheese on Friday.

    Haha,on a more serious note, you can just keep it in the freezer and use as needed.

    Cheese seems to be a weakness for just about everyone. I'm secretly starting to envy lactose intolerant people!!

    So true- it keeps well.

    I'm one of those people who eats almost no dairy (use soy or rice milk mostly)... but I *love* cheese. I know it's wrong, but I do. In moderation..... :D
