Hiya,

We 'won' two coconuts at the summer fete, and i have no idea what to do with them?!!?
Can anyone recommend any good recipes, and also, the nutritional info for coconuts?

or just eat them or if not you can be bird caring and chop in half and put into your garden birds love them!!

Coconuts are a kind of "super" food. Super good for you in every way! You could grate it and mix it into cookies, add it to fruit salads - definitely don't feed it to birds! (unless you really don't like coconut) Google 'recipes with coconut' and you'll find some great ones out there!
