Ellelit - Day 9 (Happy Birthday to me)

so, yesterday went well... had a nice birthday party, it was alot of fun and did notovereat at all. here is how yesterday went

breakfast:
1 cup cheerios
1 cup skim milk

snack:
1 homemade breakfast bagel with bacon

lunch:
roast beef sandwich on a bun
1 cup of rice crackers
1 cup of fresh raspberries (yummy)

supper:
2oz of smoked salmon
1.5 cob of corn with a small pat of real butter

dessert:
1/2 cup of blue berry crumble
2 TBSP of whipped cream

snacks:
2 cups tea with 2 tbsp brown sugar and 4tbsp homo milk (grammy made teal lol)

so all in a great day, especially since i went to a birthday dinner and didn't eat much. today i'm going for brunch with my family, so we'll see how that goes.

i feel old, but i'm excited that i have my binging under some control and it's the start of my thirties and i have so much ahead of me.
