hi guys so here it is i need some advice..........i've always been a little on the big side never really slim however i started working for mcdonalds 4 years bk.....i worked 3 nights a week and so took full advantage of the free meal allowance and then snacking when bored or nobody was looking!!! my excercise was nothing!!! i drove everywhere!!
I found myself not eating all day and thinking im gonna have mcdonalds anyway so its ok??
Now i have been counting calories and have had 2 bad days in the last 3 months!! ive lost nearly 2 stone!.
Problem is im sick of it i dont feel normal and begrudge going anywhere unless i have to because i cant eat! Im not a big eater anyway i wont ever eat a whole pkt of biscuits an never have second helpings ever!!
The question is if i stay away from the mcdonalds go gym like i am and just portion control will i be ok still please help x

    i still eat fast food sometimes. i eat when i'm hungry. my motto is as long as you make good food choices 80% of the time, you don't have to worry the other 20% so much. and remember, what you have been doing so far is to lose weight. you will be "allowed" to eat more when you are just maintaining!
