Hi everyone,
I've been alternating cardio and weight lifting. Any hints on how to log my weight lifting into my exercise ? I do 30 mins of machines and target every part of my body. I do 2 reps on each with as much weight as I can.
Thanks
Shannon

Log it under cardio as strength training and it will give you an estimation of calories burned. It is difficult to measure burned calories for strength training due to the variations involved (i.e., weight, reps, sets, weight of person...etc).
Hope this helps you out a bit! :happy:0 -
Hi, I log my weight lifting under strength training. Put strength training in the search. It logs by minutes only not by weight lifted or reps, unfortunately!0
