I am new to this site, so I apologize if I am asking a stupid question!! How do you add breastfeeding to your daily caloric allowance?? I can't get anything to come up the ways I have found from other posts on here?

Go in to your food log and add food search breastfeeding. I do the -300 one and then add to entry. (I add it to my supper since that is my biggest meal) I don't add everyday but some days!0

I'm nursing my nearly-three-year-old. If you put "breastfeeding" into your food diary, there are a bunch of options (including nursing - minimal feedings / older child) for you to choose from. If your baby is exclusively BF, make sure you account for as many calories as you can - as I recall, en exclusively BFing mama needs an additional 500-700 calories DAILY to keep up milk production. ^_^0
