Hardcore Natural Cleansing Diet (and exercise)

Today I am starting my own system of diet and exercise, if anyone would care to join. This will run for 3 weeks exactly....
Food
ONLY FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, no rules, eat as you please (so have a salad for lunch NO DRESSING)
Veggie soup is acceptable, but homemade only
2 slices of wheat bread MAX
LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER
2 cups of milk (lowfat, whole, chocolate, it doesn't matter, you need some protein)
Exercise
(Note, your diet is going to drastically change, so be wary of your limits)
I will be doing at least 20 min of cardio every morning at 6AM Mon-Fri (give the body a weekend break to recover)
Weight training 3 times a week, doesn't matter what you do (but do alternate, as in, do biceps and back one day, do triceps and chest the next time, etc.)
Again, please be very careful with the exercise as your diet is about to drastically change. I will track my wieght every Thursday until the last week, wish me luck and good luck to you if you join in!
Male, 5' 5", 182lbs as of today.
