Hey everyone. I've been on the site for about a year. I have a tendency to use it consistently for a couple of months then I tend not to use it anymore. I don't know why, I just have a problem staying motivated. My friend said that she had done the same thing until she found some friend on here who help keep her accountable. I would love to make some new friends on here to help motivate me and that I can help to motivate as well! Add me if you'd like!

    Add on the way! I do the same.....I'm good and log everything (good and bad) for a few months then i miss a couple of days and don't get back to it for weeks....by which time my weight has slipped back to where I started.

    Hopefully we can encourage each other to keep logging!
